We are pleased to announce that the following organizations have been selected as main beneficiaries for Expressions 2008:
- Connecticut Parent Advocacy Center, Inc.: "CPAC" is a statewide organization that supports parents of children with disabilities. Proceeds from our show will support the following two activities: printing of informational materials and supplies for the organization's annual picnic.
- The ECHO Cancer Foundation: The ECHO Cancer Foundation is a unique, non-profit organization dedicated to providing hope, education and supportive care to those whose lives have been touched by cancer. Proceeds from our show will be used to expand the funding of ECHO's "One to One" Breast Cancer Mentor Program.
- High Hopes Therapeutic Riding, Inc.: The mission of High Hopes is to improve the lives of people with cognitive, physical, and emotional disabilities through the benefits of therapeutic horseback riding. Proceeds from our show will be used to help meet the scholarship needs of the financially disadvantaged participants who are residents of Lyme and Old Lyme as well as to provide support for the care of the horses.
